Welcome to Koolkon Gmbh, specialising in the manufacture of innovative reefer containers, designed and manufactured in Germany using the highest grade materials, steel and insulated panels. Koolkon reefers are designed to enhance the thermal property of every reefer which reduces the operational costs through reduced energy consumption needed to maintain temperature. Over the life cycle of every Koolkon reefer customers will also see a reduction in their emissions and greater stability in temperature.
At our production facilities we manufacture our reefers with either Arcelor Mittal, Voest Alpine or SSAB steel, we utilise robotic laser cutting and welders. All reefers are powder coated and painted on site. Customers can have their choice of brand of refrigerator installed and commissioned on site ready for use on delivery.
Koolkon Gmbh seeks to manufacture the best quality reefers in the market that brings a new level of thermal efficiency and assists to enhance the long term viability of refrigerated cargo transportation. Innovative options such as internal 3 phase plugs and refrigeration control boxes (both positioned on the inside panel close to the doors) seek to enhance the operational safety for those loading and unloading the Koolkon reefer. We also offer fully autonomous tracking that operates without external power for up to 10 years without battery replacement.
